As of March 25th, 2026, we’ve given your gallery overview a complete visual refresh. Everything you know and love is still exactly where you left it—it just looks a whole lot better now.

Your gallery management experience now features a clean, contemporary design with improved spacing, adjustable and updated visual elements. The result? A more pleasant experience during those longer gallery management sessions.
Streamlined Bulk Actions
The same powerful bulk editing functionality you rely on, now with a sleeker visual presentation. Edit multiple galleries at once with an interface that’s easier to navigate and more intuitive to use.
Note: “Archive” is no longer listed as a status within bulk actions. It is now available in the main gallery view.
Better Visual Hierarchy
We’ve improved the organization and spacing throughout your galleries index, making information easier to scan and process so you can find what you need faster with less mental effort.
Nested Album Uploads
Here’s the feature you didn’t know you needed: Drop a folder containing subfolders directly into ShootProof, and your nested album structure is created automatically. No Desktop Uploader required. Just drag, drop, and watch your organizational system recreate itself exactly as you set it up on your computer.
This means you can maintain your file organization when uploading from anywhere—laptop, desktop, wherever you’re working. The same organizational power, now available everywhere.
